Why Embroidery for Caps
The curved shape makes caps unsuitable for classic textile printing. Embroidery isn't just the higher-quality option here, it's often the only practical way to finish them.
Our embroidery machines work with precision even on curved surfaces, so your logo sits cleanly without distortion.
An embroidered logo on a cap looks more premium and lasts longer than a printed one, making it the ideal wearable business card for your company.
Both models use a high-quality metal buckle instead of a Velcro strap: more durable and more comfortable to adjust.
Model 1
The Cord Cap impresses with textured corduroy fabric and a premium, slightly more relaxed feel, popular with hospitality and event teams looking for a laid-back yet brand-strong look.
Model 2
The Classic Cap is the timeless classic: plain cotton fabric, six panels, adjustable strap, the safe choice for trades, construction and everyday company wear.
Personalisation
Caps offer significantly less surface area than textiles, so the right positioning matters even more.
The most common position, directly above the brim. Maximum height approx. 5.5 to 6 cm, width usually proportional to that.
Left or right, between the seams: room for a smaller secondary logo or initials.
The area above the adjustable strap is suited to a small detail, such as a founding year or abbreviation.
Both the Cord Cap and Classic Cap are unstructured, without a stiff inner support, which limits the maximum stitch count on the front panel so the shape doesn't distort. We're happy to advise you individually on this.
Use Cases
An eye-catching identifier for booth staff. More on our trade show apparel page.
The rugged Classic Cap as a complement to the rest of your workwear.
A relaxed look for outdoor areas, delivery services or food trucks.
A popular merch item for teams: everyday-practical and brand-strong at once.
Care Instructions
Unlike T-shirts or polos, caps generally shouldn't go in the washing machine: the shape of the brim and panels can become permanently distorted.
Brush out stains by hand with a damp cloth and mild washing-up liquid. Do not soak.
Let it air-dry after cleaning, without compressing its shape.
Our embroidery thread handles hand-washing without issue: colour and contour stay crisp even after repeated cleaning.
