No — we have no minimum order quantity. We embroider corporate wear from a single piece upwards, ideal for small teams or kitting out individual new joiners.
Our prices reduce as quantities increase. We offer attractive volume discounts with brackets at 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 pieces.
Yes, absolutely. You can request both blank and embroidered samples to assess the quality of our textiles and craftsmanship before placing a full order.
Yes, you can flexibly mix different textiles, sizes and colours in a single order. Note: volume pricing brackets apply per textile category.
Yes, we also offer contract embroidery on garments you supply. In our experience, however, it's usually more cost-effective and efficient to source the garments through us. Our wide supplier network means we can offer everything end-to-end.

Sustainability matters to us. Embroidery itself is already a very long-lasting form of customisation. On top of that, we offer a wide selection of sustainably and fairly produced textiles.
Absolutely. Individual personalisations such as names, initials or job titles are no problem and give your team apparel a truly personal touch.
If a logo isn't ideal for embroidery, we can also produce high-quality prints through our partner print shop. We continually expand our service offering.
Logo & Design
A clear image of your logo is usually enough to get started. For the best and fastest result, however, we love receiving vector files (e.g. .svg) or PDF documents.
A one-off digitisation fee applies for converting your logo into a professional embroidery file. This includes a physical sample stitch, which we adjust free of charge if needed.
Yes — your final embroidery file is stored securely with us. That makes future re-orders quick and effortless.
We offer a vast selection of premium thread colours. A single logo can include up to six different colours. On request, we'll happily send you a colour card.
Extremely fine details have production limits. For a clean result, text should be at least around 6 mm tall. We assess feasibility individually for each design.
Large back logos are a real eye-catcher. Our maximum embroidery area for such designs is 30 × 20 cm.
Detailed crests are no problem either. Rule of thumb: the more fine details the crest contains, the larger it needs to be embroidered to keep everything razor-sharp.
We place logos almost anywhere — on the chest, sleeve, collar, trouser pocket or directly on the hem. For unusual ideas, just send us a DM.
Production & Approval
Absolutely. Before we begin series production, we run a sample stitch on the original fabric and send you a photo for final approval.
Very straightforward: since we produce from a single piece and your logo file is already on record, we can outfit new team members in your corporate look within just a few days.
A nice extra: on request, we package each employee's garments individually and label them with the relevant name — saving you internal sorting work.
Delivery & Shipping
Average production time is 7 to 10 working days from final approval. For particularly urgent projects, we offer express solutions on request.
We ship finished goods Europe-wide. Split shipping directly to your different branches is also possible. The corresponding shipping costs are passed on to you.
Quality & Care
Our premium polyester threads are extremely robust. Embroidered garments wash easily at 60 °C without the logo losing its shape or colour brilliance.
As we specialise in workwear for hospitality, trades and care, our embroidery withstands the toughest demands. The threads are colour-fast and won't fade.
We use specialist stabilisers that hold the embroidery permanently in shape, and minimise tension so your logo still looks pristine after countless washes.
