Embroidery is usually priced by stitch count. As a rough guide: €2–15 per piece, depending on design size, fabric type and quantity.
No minimum order quantity, no repeat setup costs on reorders, and a binding quote within 24 hours.
Price Factors
The larger and more detailed the logo, the longer the embroidery machine runs — and the higher the price per piece. A small chest logo has far fewer stitches than a large back design.
Larger quantities lower the price per piece, since setup and preparation time is spread across more pieces. No minimum quantity with us, but clear volume discounts from 10 pieces upward.
Thick, multi-layered fabrics or hard-to-reach embroidery positions (e.g. sleeves, hood) increase the effort compared to classic chest or sleeve embroidery.

One-Off Costs
Before we can embroider, your logo is digitized once into an embroidery file ("punching"). This cost applies once per design, regardless of quantity.
Digitizing is charged based on effort and shown transparently in your quote — depending on the complexity and size of your logo.
Your embroidery file stays on file with us. If you reorder later, no repeat setup is charged.
Whether it's 1 piece for a new employee or 500 for your whole team, there's no artificial entry hurdle with us.
